Essential Oils for massage
Here are a few quick recipes for massage oils
Calming effect
Add to your carrier oil
2 drops bergamot
4 drops geranium
6 drops of lavender
For sensitive skins
6 drops of lavender
4 drops of roman chamomile
2 drops of rose
Sensual
2 drops geranium
4 drops of palmarosa
3 drops of ylang-ylang
3 drops of bergamot
Sports massage
4 drops of lavender
3 drops of lemongrass
4 drops of rosemary
2 drops vetiver

Corn Silk Tea

For bladder infections

Use a handful of fresh or dried cornsilk for a teapot.

Cover with boiling water and place the lid on. Allow to stand for 10 minutes then drink plain for better results. You may drink 3 to 4 cups per day if symptoms persist, but these should ease considerably after the second cup.
