Bath Bag for Relaxation

Relaxing Bath Bag

Ingredients:
1/4 cup dried Lemon Balm leaves
1/4 cup dried chamomile flowers
2 cups (500ml) boiling water

Method
Add the herbs to a bag or use loose in the boiling water and cover.
Leave to infuse for 20 minutes.

Strain well if not using a bag and add the infused water to your bath. If you use a bag add it to the bath water and top up with warm water.
Lie in the bath and draw the aroma in for best results as you allow yourself to relax totally.
