Parsley
Parsley is rich in vitamin C and nutrients, it assists the body in absorbing iron
and improves immunity.
Good for anemia sufferers. It also stimulates the kidneys and soothes digestion, relieves indigestion and colic.

Use the seeds in a decoction to ease headaches and abdominal cramps.

Fennel
Fennel was used in the past to combat hunger cravings on fast days.
